Our community
Storybound Construction, Inc. is proud to serve Virginia’s Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck regions from our “home base” in historic Mathews County, Virginia, surrounded by 2,000 miles of coastline. We play an active role in our community both personally and professionally, with many of our team members volunteering locally in some capacity.
Storybound Construction, Inc. is committed to our community. While working full time, Michael Swiderski has served on the board for the Mathews Maritime Foundation, and worked with the foundation to establish guidelines for historical boat renovation. Michael has devoted time and expertise at the Bay School Community Arts Center and continues to provide support to various civic and community organizations including: Habitat for Humanity, Mathews Little League, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure to name a few. Our offices are also the meeting place for Preservation Mathews, Inc., a community-driven 501c3, committed to the preservation of historic homes and buildings in Mathews County.
Our offices
Located in the heart of “downtown” Mathews, steps from the historic Courthouse Green, our offices at 260 Main Street were designed and built by our Storybound team members. While a majority of our meetings with clients happen on-site, we invite you to stop by our offices to view our craftsmanship first-hand and discover what truly makes Storybound Construction, Inc. different.
